Meeting Room Bookings

The Faculty of Education offers six rooms that can be booked for meetings and events. These rooms are not available for classes and may not be booked by students or by external groups, except with special permission.

Most departments and units have additional meeting and collaboration rooms that may be booked by contacting the respective administrative team.

How to book

Meeting rooms must be booked in advance using the Faculty’s online room booking system, available through Outlook calendar. Each unit has a designated staff member who is authorized to book meeting and videoconferencing rooms using the “Education – Room Bookings” calendar in Outlook.  All bookings must use the “Education – Room Bookings” calendar to ensure that booking conflicts do not occur; bookings cannot be entered directly into the individual room calendars.

After your meeting

Please be courteous to subsequent users of the room by removing all event materials and returning it to the regular seating pattern.
