A generic/departmental shared mailbox allows multiple FASmail users to share a single email address, calendar, task manager, and contacts list, and is generally used for departmental or research accounts.
Shared resource calendars allow multiple FASmail users to share calendars for specific purposes, such as booking rooms or equipment.
All users must have a FASmail or EAD account to be granted access to a shared mailbox or calendar.
Requests are submitted by authorized department administrators.
