UBC website hosting is provided on the central UBC Content Management System (CMS). This service is based on WordPress, and comes with Campus Wide Login (CWL)-enabled authentication and a UBC Common Look and Feel (CLF) theme.
Drupal hosting support is available for legacy Faculty of Education unit websites.
Requests for websites should be submitted by unit administrators, heads of units, or faculty members leading projects.

Website Host Names
UBC IT Web Services manages the Faculty of Education domain space, *.educ.ubc.ca:
- Education unit hostnames are of the format unit.educ.ubc.ca or subunit.unit.educ.ubc.ca.
- Significant projects or research projects are normally of the format project.unit.educ.ubc.ca or project.research.educ.ubc.ca.
- Faculty member (tenure track) sites are normally of the format name.faculty.educ.ubc.ca or name.unit.educ.ubc.ca.
